The Pool Boys (“TPB”) is a pool service company started and nurtured by co-founders Zac Nicolas and Justin Morehead. TPB provides a full range of pool equipment, repair, and services to the metro Houston area for over 15 years. The company’s high-quality “Total Care Weekly Pool Maintenance” service offers a turnkey solution to its clients for worry-free maintenance. The company’s “On Point Checkup Pool Equipment” inspection saves its clients time by finding and fixing issues on their first visit.
Situation
In 2026 the co-founders needed to enhance their understanding for their financial results. They preferred to use a platform that communicated the company’s key performance indicators (“KPI”). They also wanted to educate and empower the TPB leadership team on what drives the company’s financial results and cash flow. The TPB team was missing a “road map” that could guide them to make better financial decisions.
Solution: The Numbers Coach Leadership and Numbers NavigatorTM Services
The Numbers Coach (“NC”) financial leadership services were an ideal fit for TPB.
